Pablo the Little Red Fox is a British pre-school children's cartoon animated series which originally ran from 28 September to 17 November 1999 on CBBC and CBeebies. It is a production by Red Fox Productions and Millimages. It is based on the books Red Fox and Red Fox on the Move by Frances Lincoln. In the United States, the series got an American dub using a British voice actors using an American with an American accents on Playhouse Disney in 2002. Only the first was dubbed.
Plot[]
When it is midnight, Pablo and his family, including his siblings Poppy and Pumpkin explore the big wide world of urban life. When there is trouble, Pablo finds the solution to the problem and when they are done exploring, they go back to their den in the garden. They are joined by their friends such as Finbar the cat, Baxter the dog, Helena the hedgehog, Gil the seagull, Fromage the frog and the wise Madam Owl.
Why It Rocks[]
- Great traditional animation which adds a lot of charm to it.
- Many great episodes such as The Lost Bear, The Growling Toy, The City Lights and Sky High.
- Likable and adorable characters such as Pablo, Poppy and Pumpkin.
- Wonderful and simple plot.
- The music, especially the theme song is very beautiful and calm.
- The art style is very simple, warm and bright and the effects such as the glows are very relaxing to look at.
The Only Bad Quality[]
- Gil the seagull can be very annoying at times.
