Romeo! is an American/Canadian television series that aired on Nickelodeon from 2003 to 2006, totaling 53 episodes. The filming was done in Vancouver, British Columbia, while the show takes place in Seattle, Washington.
Premise[]
The show revolves around the antics of Romeo Miller, an aspiring rapper, his musically mediocre family, and his record-producing father, Master P. Romeo is part of a hip-hop band, along with his siblings Louis, Gary, and Jodi, and the show primarily follows the adventures that the family, along with Romeo's nanny and stepmother, get involved in.
Why It Rocks[]
- It teaches some good morals here.
- Likable characters are Romeo, Jodi, Louis, Gary, Percy, and Angie.
- Great acting, especially for Romeo and Master P.
- Awesome intro.
- Some heartwarming moments and teaches some morals.
- Angie was a pretty interesting character in the second season, where she married with Percy and have a son named Bobby in the third season.
- Some episodes can have a guest appearances like Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock).
- There's even a cartoon segments only for season one.
- Most of the episodes were either good or decent, such as "Attack of the Nannies", "Slam Dunk", "A Little So'em for Christmas", "Playin' Favorites", "Oh What a Tangled Website", "Friends and Lovers", "When the Cat’s Away", "Rules of Engagement", "Nothin’ But Net", "Good Press", "Art of Deception", "Louis…Miller", "Choices", "Driving Me Crazy", "Baby on Board!", "Double Dating" and "Tee’d Off"
- The last episode called "Ro Trip" was really good.
Bad Qualities[]
- It has never gotten released on the DVD or on the iTunes or Amazon. The closest currently is TEENick Picks Vol. 1 DVD.
- Myra can be pretty unlikable at times.
- Marie, the nanny, somehow got replaced by Angie, after season one.
- Some toilet humor and gross gags. In on episode, Gary wakes Romeo up by farting on him and in another episode Louis and Romeo scare a guy bringing him a box of roaches.
- Depending on your view, Master P, himself, can be irritating at acting.

- After the series ended, it was continued to aired on Nickelodeon, until October 4, 2007 and also aired on The N (now as TeenNick) from January 2, 2008 to December 26, 2008. In 2016, the series was aired on MTV2 for some episodes.
- The series can be considered to be one of Nickelodeon's obscure television series, meaning that a most of the episodes were aired, but a few were not found (meaning 14 episodes). The lost episodes of the show that are missing are "Pinhead", "If I Had A Hacksaw", "Speechless in Seattle", "Tag Along", "Rap Off", "My Blues Brother" (only found clip), "The Razor's Edge", "Fraternity Ro", "The Mrs. Landers Incident", "The Tipping Point", "The Shot-put Heard ‘Round the World", "Double Dating", "Sell Out", and "Tee'd Off". Therefore, it is can be considered partially found media, along with Just for Kicks, and Just Jordan.
- When the series first premiered on September 13, 2003, it was aired on SNICK programming block, and the once the block has ended in 2005, it was moved to TEENick block from 2004 to 2006.
- Despite this, Romeo himself appear in other two Nickelodeon shows: Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide episode, "Guide to: Emergency Drills" and "Late Bus" as a cameo and All Grown Up! episode, "It's Cupid, Stupid", where he voices Lil Q.
- According to the former Romeo! star on the orange carpet, he said there could possibly be a remake in the works of his hit Nickelodeon show.
- This series is currently unavailable on Paramount+.
