Tickety Toc is an interactive children's computer-animated television series produced by The Foundation, part of Zodiak Media and FunnyFlux.

Summary

The show centres around the Tickety Toc Clock, which is located in the middle of a wall of clocks inside an old clock shop. The clock chimes the time every hour, but it's not as easy as it seems. Behind the clock's face is an extraordinary world where things don't always run smoothly. The show's main characters Tommy and Tallulah, who race against time to keep Tickety Toc Clock ticking and chiming the time. The siblings do everything with enthusiasm, commitment and positivity—even if it gets them further into trouble. Among the characters who live in the clock's fantastical world are Pufferty, an anthropomorphic train and a dog hybrid that helps the citizens of Tickety Town get around, jaguar maintenance man McCoggins, rabbit Hopparoo, chef of baker cow Madame Au Lait, bat boss Battersby, green and orange chicken Chickadee and gardener snail Lopsiloo.

Why It Rocks

1. Likable characters, like Tommy, Tallulah, Pufferty, Battersby, etc
2. Good voice acting.
3. Some memorable episodes.
4. It's impressive how much the crew can stretch a simple idea into an 11 minute adventure.
5. Cute character designs.
6. Decent animation.
7. Tooteroo's segments are pretty funny.
8. The music is pretty good (Tooteroo's Theme, Chime Time, The Theme Song, etc).
9. Some funny moments.

Bad Qualities

1. In the episode "Help A Friend Time", Tommy and Tallulah commit grand theft auto, which is a serious crime.
2. Tooteroo can be considered a butt-monkey.

Reception

Tickety Toc aired for the first time on British TV on April 23, 2012 as the number 1 Nick Jr. show, and became the number 1 daytime show on Nick Jr. US for the first three months when it launched on September 10, 2012.
